WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

We have a TRACK MY ORDER link in the menu bar, for you to easily trace your order. That is the same link we use to trace your order if you contact us. Remember to use your order number from ShopperPod, and the email address you used when you were ordering. 

Please Contact us at support@shopperpod.com if you have not received your item six weeks after you have ordered it. 

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

We source our items from all over the world, to bring you the best quality and variety of products. We have a fulfilment house located in America, and other items may come from Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Our T shirts and other apparel come from US.

Most of our jewelry is made in the US, and it is clearly shown on the product page.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. This does not incur an additional cost to you.
