Shirts: 7-14 Days
Other Products: 20-30 Days

Pillows and Shoes 10 - 25 Days Normal Delivery

                               10 - 15 Days Express Delivery

International Shipping Time Estimates

Shirts: 10-20 Days
Other Products: 30-45 Days

We Use FedEx, E Packet and USPS.

  

How Do I Place An Order?

Simply choose the variant of the product you want from the dropdown menu on the product page, then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you a tracking number. 

You can then track your order using the Track My Order Link on the store , putting in your ORDER NUMBER.

 

Help! I entered the wrong address!

Please inform us at support@shopperpod.com within 24 hours. Otherwise we cannot change your order, and you are not eligible for a refund.

DO YOU OFFER A QUALITY GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL?

If you don’t love your product, let us know! All of our products are carefully chosen for quality. Any printed items which are flawed we will reprint free of charge. Shoes are exchanged if the sizing is incorrect. 

DO YOU HAVE A RETURNS POLICY?

Please send us a video or picture showing the problem, and if we deem it acceptable, we will give you more information on where to ship it back to so we can send you another one. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WHEN CAN I GET A REFUND?

If the product breaks within 10 days of receiving it, we offer to send you a replacement. No refund is possible after purchase.
